Terms and Conditions for e-Journal Subscription Access

These Terms and Conditions govern your subscription to the Research Access™ e-journal platform provided by Linear Publication. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Subscription and Access

• Subscription to Research Access™ provides online access to selected e-journals as per the package purchased.
• Access credentials will be shared with the institution or individual upon successful receipt of full payment.
• Each subscription is valid for the duration specified (generally one calendar year) and is non-transferable.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in full in advance, as per the proforma invoice.
• Payment can be made via NEFT, RTGS, UPI, cheque, or demand draft.
• Prices mentioned are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be charged at 18% under SAC Code 997331 (Online Content Access Services).

3. Activation Timeline

• Access will be activated within 5 to 7 working days after confirmation of payment.
• Activation details and credentials will be sent to the registered institutional email.

4. Usage Policy

• Access is restricted to the subscribing institution or individual only.
• Content is licensed for educational, teaching, and research purposes only.
• Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of content outside the terms of fair use is strictly prohibited.

5. Refund & Cancellation

• Subscriptions, once confirmed and activated, cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Users are advised to review demo access (if available) or subscription details thoroughly before placing an order.

6. Technical Support

• Technical assistance regarding access issues will be provided via phone or email within business hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST).
• Support does not include hardware, software, or network troubleshooting on the client side.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

• While we aim to ensure uninterrupted access, Linear Publication shall not be liable for any downtime due to maintenance, server issues, or force majeure events.
• Linear Publication is not responsible for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the subscribed content.

8. Modification of Terms

• Linear Publication reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the platform after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
